Issues in the Glossary:
(a) Definition of fluence is likely misprinted or corrupted. Please, refer for the standard definition to ICRU Publication 85 (Journal of the ICRU (2011) 11 (1):NP.doi: 10.1093/jicru/ndr012) or ICRP 103.
(b) As already mentioned by other commenters, the definition of ERR is confusing. Possibly, the better solution would be to use consistent defintions, e.g. the definitions of risk, excess absolute and excess relative risks as found in the ICRP Publications 103 or 115?
